Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS
• cancellations will be charged 25% of
the service
• same day cancellations will be charged half of the service fee (understand family emergencies, etc.)
LATE POLICY
• if you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be
added
• after 15 minutes, you will be charged half
service fee, and your appointment will be
cancelled
MISSED APPOINTMENT/ NO SHOW
• no call no shows will be charged
the full service fee
REFUNDS
• refunds will not be issued
